30-Day Hassle-Free Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Products must be unused and in their original condition. This includes being free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage.
- All original packaging, including tags, labels, and any included accessories (e.g., manuals, cables, etc.), must be intact and returned with the item. The packaging should also be in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: The first step is to contact our friendly customer support team. Please email us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email to expedite the process. Providing photos of the item you wish to return can also be helpful.
- Shipping Your Return: Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you are returning. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. Ship your return to the following address: IVYBoost 720 W RAMSEY ST BUFFALO, MO 65622 USA Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage upon arrival, or an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
While we strive for customer satisfaction, certain items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to return the item without contacting us first. Please provide us with your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product, and a brief description of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
